HIGH COUNTRY TRAINING CENTER "Training Saves Lives" STAFF The High Country Training Center is operated by the Summit Fire Authority The Summit Fire Authority includes the fire districts of Copper Mountain, Lake Dillon and Red White & Blue . Training and facility management services provided by the Red White & Blue Fire Protection District.
